Shipping policy

All item sales are final. 

If you receive an incorrect item in reference to your order confirmation, we are more than happy to replace it. Items can be replaced within 7 days of receipt of delivery upon request. Items must be returned to the address in the email you receive.  Replacement items will be shipped upon receipt of your returned item.  Please allow us 5 - 7 business days to ship the new item. 

If your item is lost, we will file an insurance claim with the USPS (or other services related to your order) and ship a new item to you upon receipt of proof as requested in the email instructions you will receive.

If you item is damaged, we will file an insurance claim with the USPS (or other service related to your order) and replace your item upon receipt of proof as requested in the email instructions you will receive.

A delivery attempt will be made to the address submitted at the time of your order.  Address changes are not accepted. Shipping delays are not grounds for a refund.  The USPS has issued this statement on their website regarding shipments: ALERT: DUE TO LIMITED TRANSPORTATION AVAILABILITY AS A RESULT OF NATIONWIDE COVID-19 IMPACTS, PACKAGE DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE EXTENDED.
